Another ChupacabraCon for the Record Books!

A couple weeks back, a number of us (that is several Pinnacle personnel, a few of our Ace licensees, and plenty of Savage Worlds fans) came together in Round Rock, TX for ChupacabraCon VI!

Highlights of this fantastic, fun, and extremely friendly convention included the Friday night Audience Participation Celebrity Charity Deadlands Game run by “Marshal” Shane Hensley (an archived stream of that event is available here), the Doomtown – Twilight Protocol event featuring the cast of Saving Throw’s WildCards, the annual East Texas University Tailgate Party (and yes, everyone did sing the ETU Fight Song), and ChupacabraCon’s always bustling Savage Saturday Night.

If you can make it down to Round Rock, TX, we hope you’ll consider attending Chupacabracon VII in 2020!

Until next year, pardners!

Part II of The Twilight Protocol from ChupacabraCon VI

“The Texas Rangers (counterpart to the Agency) and Agency invoke the Twilight Protocol, joining forces against the coming darkness.”

A couple weeks back, the cast of WildCardsSaving Throw Show’s Savage Worlds livestream, gathered for the second thrilling installment of a special Deadlands trilogy at ChupacabraCon in Round Rock, TX.

Players participating in Doomtown round-ups at the convention were able to influence the continuation of this story which will now lead to the third and FINAL part to take place in Tombstone, AZ, for this year’s Doomtown Destination Round-Up in October!

You can watch the second session in its entirety right here!

Sail the Savage Seas with GM Karl Keesler

Next year, Savage Worlds players and Game Masters are taking to the high seas on the Carnival Glory for a seven-day Savage Worlds, Board Gaming, and Adventure cruise in the Western Caribbean hosted by the Rocky Mountain Savages.

For those attending this unique event, game designer and art director, Karl Keesler (you might know him as the designer of Trailer Park Shark Attack (Dog House Rules) and the wizard behind the new layout for Savage Worlds Adventure Edition), will be our official Savage Worlds Demo GM for the entire cruise!

Starting in New Orleans on Sunday January 27th, passengers will enjoy three days of gaming at sea along with all the other activities and amenities of the cruise. The next three days will feature on-shore fun in Montego Bay Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel Mexico with dinner and gaming in the evenings on board. Saturday will be another gaming at sea day for the return trip to New Orleans.

Don’t miss out on your chance to play in one of Karl’s always spectacular games while you’re exploring the Western Caribbean.
