I was just curious if a Junker who made enough devices and was lucky enough to draw a joker a second time (on browser spirit attraction draws) or had a familiar to start and manages to do that again, can they have more than one familiar creature?

If they can, does the bonuses they provide stack?

Some powers/tricks say for every success. Does that mean for every die on my roll that comes up the TN or better, or does it mean for a success and every raise?

Nope. You can only have one of each type of Browser, and only one Familiar.
