I just got my copy of The Whole Hole Volume 1: Keister Island from the Kickstarter fundraiser.

It is fantastic. Ridonkulous even.

First off, it is gorgeous. Full-color and TONS of artwork. It's also hardcover and a smaller form factor (~6x9). I really like it though. It instantly reminded me of the old Forgotten Realms almanacs and Volo guides, except different.

The content and layout is also setup in a similar fashion: history and overview of the area and then more detailed descriptions of specific locations that can spawn a lot of adventure ideas. Oh, there's new rules and crunchy stuff in the back too.

Andy was even nice enough to sign it and draw a picture of a croach on the inside cover. Thanks Andy!
