Healer character couldn't quite catch up to a wounded/shaken character to use his touch spell so instead he offered the character a few words of encouragement and wanted to use a spirit roll cooperatively to help the wounded character recover from being shaken once his turn came up again. It sounded reasonable to me at the time. Is it legal?

Well, as it says under the description of Cooperative Rolls <italics added>, "If two or more characters want to perform a task together (and the GM decides it’s possible for them to do so)..."
So if you as the GM felt it was reasonable, then it was "legal." _________________ Clint Black
