But I have to agree with Maine. The wound location is covered when a character takes an Incapacitated hit. The attacking character can try to hit a location with a -2 to -4 on the attack dice. _________________
Wounds are already pretty nasty. The -1 penalty to traits and movement you suffer for taking a wound can easily represent a hit to a random location, without having to decide the location and add specific rules for each location. The fact that Wound penalty applies to Movement is often overlooked!
So, unless you want to randomize a location solely for being descriptive, you're either working to make things harder on your players, or harder on yourself.
