[NE] Resistence Fighter Edge? What does it do?

The stat block for Tula Michaels on pg. 165 includes an Edge called "Resistance Fighter", but there's no other mention of this Edge anywhere else in the book, and no description of it's affect.

What does it do, or is there in error?
