I'd also like feedback on the site design. Does the page background make it too hard to read? Is navigation easy and convenient? And so on.

You can still read the Lord of the Rings journal, Granthar. I'm pretty proud of that one!

During that campaign, I was just making things up as I went along. Some days I wasn't even sure what I was going to do until I sat down in front of the players! Yet somehow I still managed a coherent plot in which seemingly insignificant details were brought back in later sessions and proved to be important. I wrapped up all my loose ends by the last session, and gave the players a pretty good tour of Middle-earth in the process. Mr. Green

Sounds like things are going well for your crew.

I'm hoping that mine are going to come accross some kind of misfortune soon, just not too much. They managed to sink their skiff, through some bad luck forcing them into the flotsam sea after a sea blizzard. I allowed them to salvage a hulk of a frigate (made a roll to see what they could find that was useable) and through neat application of adventure cards and awesome dice rolls it turned out that the ship came with a Figurehead of the Carpenter attached.
