I just picked up Savage Worlds for Hero Lab and I'm enjoying the everloving hell out of it.
Has anybody converted the Savage Armoury into a Hero Lab format? My Google-fu is weak.
If not, I'm assuming that's something that if I did (which I totally would), I could give back to the community? |

Not that I've heard of.
Reread the Savage Worlds Fan License, and follow it - that should leave you good as far as the starting material goes. I believe that Savage Armory was created under that.
Once you grok the fan license, and the implications for your conversion, you should talk to the Hero Labs folks; from what I've seen, they are friendly and helpful.
Good Luck! _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

I don't know of anyone converting it, but you're certainly welcome to do so.

It's released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 Generic licence. Sorry to hear you thought it was a piece of junk, I did try to incorporate feedback where possible, but obviously it's not going to appeal to everyone (and I even stated as much in the introduction). Personally I've found it useful for designing weapons though, both in my current campaign and in response to "how would this weapon work in SW" posts. |

Whoops! Apologies, Zadmar. I like your Savage Armory - I disagree with it in a few places, but overall it is a well done and interesting project.
I was thinking of the "Modern Weapons: A List of Ballistics and Weapons for Savage Worlds" pdf. Which I consider to be junk, and never remember the correct name of. (Linked for completeness - you can form your own opinions.)
