Classic or Reloaded?
Classic, must be done within the "Golden Hour" and takes a time that depends upon the wound level. Separate check required for each wounded area.
Reloaded, must be done within the "Golden Hour" and takes ten minutes. One check per doctor per patient, can heal a maximum of two wounds with a given check.
"Golden Hour" - within one game-world hour of the wound happening. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

No problem. For future reference, it's useful to put a [Classic] or [Reloaded] tag in the thread name.
Classic used to have an extra column on the healing table that said time. The Hell On Earth version says Wind 5 minutes, Light 10 minutes, Heavy 20 minutes, Serious 1 hour, Critical 1d6 hours, and Maimed 1d6+1 hours.
The Revised Weird West rules removed that table, though Wind still takes 5 minutes.
The Accumulated Rulings also don't say anything.
At a guess, they're leaving the times up to the Marshal; one of the big disadvantages of the HOE table is that your doc usually only gets to make a single Medicine roll after a fight, because it takes the entire Golden Hour.
My advice is to pick a rule of thumb (10 minutes per check), and adjust that to fit the scene and the pacing you want for any given healing time. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."
