I recently downloaded your Gamers' Toolkit app for my Ipod Touch (ver 4.6.1), and tried to download your savage worlds sheet. When I tried to process the transaction, the system responded with "Please contact Itunes support to complete this transaction". Is this normal? Apparently though Itunes support requires you to pay just to ask a simple question if you do not have an active support account. Any help would be appreciated.
I've sent them a couple of messages about an incorrect math in their Savage Worlds die rollings. I've received no responses.
I had trouble with the purchase too, but then I tried it again the next day and it worked. I just did this this week so maybe it will work for you now.
Yeah unfortunately trying to download it is not working for some reason. And the company has not responded to me. Guess I won't be purchasing their product. Unfortunately every other savage world app are Ipod 5.0 or greater and I have a version 4.6 but I have an old Ipod that cannot be updated further.
