I had no trouble finding the rules for horizontal leaping distance but haven't had any luck finding the rules for vertical leaping distance in SW Deluxe. What is the rule or where can I find it?

Characters can't jump vertically; it's not allowed.

For vertical, I'd just drop the first free 1", so a Strength roll or a running start to jump 1" vertically or both to get up to 2". Note this would not be a pure clearing leap, but rather more of a jump, grab, and flip over/up as an action for that kind of height.
