I can't get my Trial Guide #1 to download. I keep getting "unknown server error" on it. I had no trouble downloading Deluge on the same order. The order #3603. Can somone help me?

Our web folks have looked into it and fixed what we believe to be the issue. You should be able to download that now.

If you need any additional assistance with a PDF order from the PEG PDF Store in the future, you can e-mail directly to orders@peginc.com for help.
