If I work on the Savage Rascals adventure for kids as an Amateur project and then if it works out as a charity project.

Can I have the kids read Buck Savage Comics books and then have Buck Savage And Virginia Dare come out at the end of each adventure and give safety advice or a PSA like at the end of a GI Joe cartoon
