A Note about my criteria:

Magic is a bit primal and wielded by Mutated Beasts(Had in mind the Island of Dr Moreau). They get 99% the direct damage spells rounded out with a few classic or themed abilities

Psionics is based off of AD&D psi along with current fringe ideas about psychic abilities. its available only to Humans (homo superior) and Mutants.

Miracles is offered to both Sentient Plants as well as Mutated Beasts and is far more defensive and indirect in nature.

Supers is relegated to only Mutants. If a popular Marvel Super hero can do it then its likely an AB: Super can too.

Weird Science is for Synthetics (Androids or Cyborgs) and humans and represents the pinnacle of scientific achievement after the world went to Hell.
