Short and sweet: Can an archer use a buckler while shooting with the bow?

Regardless of the answer any rationale would be helpful to understand the broader implications of the answer.

Not unless he has three arms. Two hands to use a bow, one to use a shield.

Might also be possible with an Edge to reflect some kind of training to allow it, but can't really use the shield to defend oneself while simultaneously using the same arm to fire a bow.
