A quicken spell alwyas a character to have two turns in the same phase.
How can a GM stop a party when everyone has quicken and therefore have double the actions of a npc in any given turn.
Casting spells to try to negate or dispelthe quickenns really does not work as it only affects 1 character and that is if it does work but at that stage it is to late as the other characters have many more actions than you do.
