Okay, as promised, I went away and popped open the games-in-a-can.
Regarding a subject raised by another poster: the scenarios all have several typos, but they don't really mar the product or render any of the material incomprehensible, so...
Moving on to one of the major events in the setting: I take it from a reference to the fact the Deorcs are still investigating the assassination of their last sovereign that they don't actually know who is responsible? This would explain why they haven't launched a punitive raid against the Nuclarine, and why the assassin in Burning Bridges doesn't bump off the Deorc noble.
I imagine that the same technology employed in the scenario was used to mask their activities during the original killing?
NPC question: in the third scenario, the slaver Gorman travels everywhere with two trusted bodyguards. From stats supplied, I take it these are Dart and someone refered to only as 'Two.' As the latter only has a fighting skill of d4, is he really the best choice for a bodyguard?
Finally, the material supplied in the three canned products has made no reference to the Strangers or their mysterious agenda, so in this respect has failed to provide any insight into one of the key elements of the setting.
We have engaged a layout artist to create the POD version. I spent last weekend tweaking the character creation which is where most comments regarding the mechanics have been - and we will send a link to an update of the PDF at he time the POD is released. The changes were basically around bring what I have done more in line with the SW standard while not throwing away the reason that I came up with the Cultural/Background Edges in the first place.
Now that all the above is in the production pipeline I can concentrate on the free weekly background fluff pieces I want to start putting out there, to expand on the core rules, as well as 'High-Space' our new sci-fi title which is due to go into Beta very soon... _________________ StoryWeaver Games

Thanks for listening to our concerns. I'm looking forward to the background fluff pieces. Also looking forward to High Space! _________________ http://hsrpgclub.wordpress.com
