My group is getting towards the end of the 50 Fathoms Plot Point campaign, and we've decided to do Necessary Evil next. One of the tools that made running that campaign a breeze was the 50 Fathoms Adventure Matrix. I thought that I had seen one which had been made for Necessary Evil, but my Google-Fu has failed me. Smile

Was one ever made? If so, where can I get a copy?

Thanks in advance!

Hey Tim.

I'm getting ready to start 50 Fathoms for my kids. Where is the Adventure Matrix you speak of located?

Thanks!

Enno has the right of it ... Smile I took that sheet a step further and divided the Savage Tales along plot lines, so I could track progress against the main plot, sub-plots, Trade War, etc., all separately. I'd love to do the same for NE, but if one doesn't exist, I'll just have to make my own ... Smile

To my knowledge, nothing like that has ever been made for Necessary Evil. But I'm not sure it's really needed. The table in the GM section of the book has the name, page number, and rank prerequisites on it already (there are no mission prerequisites). There are few that the NPCs can stumble on by going to a certain location (although there are some and the detailed descriptions of each area in the GM section do state them). Also, there's no "Golden Triangle" or any other sub-plots. Although a few scenarios mention how it might be impacted if they have met certain people during other savage tales, there aren't any that are strictly linked.

Bottom line: since Necessary Evil is a simpler PPC, you already have what you're looking for with the table in the GM section!
