I plan on being there on Saturday and running a Deadlands game from 12-4. At least that's the plan right now!
(I need to get that game registered...) _________________

I actually have two Savage games registered and under review at the moment.
MAIDEN FLIGHT OF THE ARCANE ZEPHYR
Galasar City is under attack by ballet-dancing zombies and an out-of-tune opera-singing lich in a sound-amplifying flying citadel! The disgruntled, undead, and insane ex-Grand Maestro of the Royal Opera has parked his sound-amplifying flying citadel above the city and it’s up to the newly created Galasaran Aeronauts to fly the untested airship, the Arcane Zephyr, to the citadel and stop the Maestro’s final aria before Galasar is torn apart.
INTO THE PYRE
Two days ago, the Endurance, the flagship of the Tri-Colony Mining Consortium, disappeared on its way to Outer-Rim Station Castanamier. Nearly a hundred people, 17-million credits of ore, and a multibillion-credit starship have simply disappeared. As members of the Deep-Space Search and Rescue Branch of the Interstellar Security Patrol, it's your job to find the Endurance and bring it and its crew home safely.
I'm not sure how long the review process usually is but they've I submitted them about a week ago. _________________

| Couple quick questions. How much does it cost to go to Whos Yer Con and how the heck do I sign up to play in events? I registered on the sit and cannot figure out what the cost is or how to register to play in events. |

The entire con is FREE.
You know, now that I look again, I'm not exactly sure how to sign up to play games. _________________

Okay so I gotta ask how the heck are the games and entry free? Not that I am complaining but free is a pretty solid price.. |

I can't figure it out either.
Maybe I'll just show up and see what happens. Of course that's easier for me to do than you Roy. I can pack Fortune & Glory with me in case pick up games are allowed. _________________

I'm considering running a con game there (probably a Deadlands game) as my first con game. If I don't run one through the convention, we can run a get-together game somewhere in the hotel for a handful of people Friday or Saturday evening (do our own little homegrown Savage Saturday!).
Definitely interested in attending this one though. |

| I did hear back on a post I placed on their Facebook page and apparently right now you can only sign up to run games. Registration to play will come along in the next couple of weeks. |

No problem I appreciate the clarification. Now two questions.
1. Is registration for events a mad click and hope fest a la Gencon?
2. Will there be places to play pickup games for those that are not in events at the time? |

last time it wasnt a mad rush i think it took a week to fill up the 2 deadlands reloaded games i ran
as far as pick up games i dont think every table was taken but this year it is at a different hotel so i dont know i would suggest asking someone at
whosyercon.register@gmail.com
bill cross is the guy that does most of the game scheduling i think but all of the people are pretty kool.
this is not a huge convention i would have to say probably a hundred or so people a day but i am a bit of a hill billy so hard to count that high LOL. seriously though it is a smaller convention so it wasnt a mad rush or anything last year.
i dont remember if these are the people that run whos yer con or not but most of them are in this group below
http://www.meetup.com/indygaming/
sorry i am not a fountain of information on it i am not affiliated with whos yer con i just like to spread the word about it
sincerely

I'm Roy's buddy and would love to get in a game of Fortune and Glory. I've wanted to take the dive on it but really want to give it a shot first. You bring it, I can pretty much guarantee a full table for you! |

Hey Brad, IIRC I met you at GenCon last year at the TAG Booth.
I don't mind bringing it, but I am by no means an expert on all the rules. I've played it a few times with family and a couple times with Evil Mike and Chaos Steve. A full table of players looking at me to know all the rules is a bit intimidating. _________________

Ha, don't worry, the guys that we would be rolling down there with are really easy going.
You know, I do believe I met you at TAG last year. It's great to see you on here. |

I would definitely be up for a game of Fortune and Glory. I really wanted to buy the game at Gencon but alas the budget would not allow it.
