I have all of three of the Trail Guides in PDF; are there any differences between the original PDFs and the new compilation?

Substantially, no. I did notice one "Majove" that I turned into "Mojave," and there are probably a few other reflexive edits like that I did on auto-pilot.

Well, it does have a nine-page index that covers all three books, which is probably more important if you're looking at the non-searchable print version.

Yes, I imagine that would be quite handy. Smile

Thanks for the info Joel. I can skip re-buying the pdf then.

If you have all three PDFs, there's no need to buy the PDF of the compilation, no. You're absolutely right.

If you have one of the PDFs and are thinking about getting another, you might want to consider it. Cost-wise, the compilation is about the cost of one-and-a-half of the individual PDFs.
