Alrighty, i just finished my groups first session last night, and we are doing the Tomb of Terrors, and I have an idea for what to do after, but I wanted some help anyways.
You see, one of the party members is a Kitsune, and based on in character conversation, most Kitsune are racist. SO i have an idea.
Thomas, once defeated, will drop a necklace of a fox tail. Since there is a Kitsune, she has a good chance to recognize it.
Anyways, the party will be lead to the secret village of Gapan (It's like japan, only with a G), and then I find a way to get them into a forest, so they learn somethings, then go to the local military mans home ( the dungeon) and they learn his master plan: To find Atlantis (which is actually in the sky.)
That's what I got so far. Also, I rolled a really good weapon, and I totally wanna use i against my players. (A katana with +1 fighting, Ambidextrous, sweep, block, frenzy, first strike, and Giant Killer.)

The Kitsune would want the party to follow a local Kitsune Fire Mage who needs heroes to recover the lost nine sacred fox tails of many colors but the Fire Fox is in reality the big bad of the setting _________________ http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h51/Vondan/ |

Uh which Kitsune are we talking about? The player character or the NPC? Maybe I should give names...
The Player Character's Name is Hisoka. |

the player kitsune is prone to want to help the NPC fire mage kitsune who is really evil and using the player's pro Kitsune xenophobia as a ploy

Wait, tomb of terrors is a fantasy one sheet. What setting are you all talking about? I happen to know a kitsune is a "spirit fox" in japanese mythology (may also mean regular fox), a spirit fox is a youkai, or ayashi, and that nine-tailed spirit foxes are the most powerful of all. The stories would grant spirit foxes powers of mind control, transformation, "fox fire"(can also be lightning), flight and illusion. If there is a setting out there which allows you to play through ancient japanese mythology I want it now.
PS: I am an anime and manga addict. |

Thanks! Looks epic!
Have you done Soul Eater at all, because it just so happens I'm busy with a setting loosely based on it(post-apoc style, after Asura won). I assume you are familiar with Soul Eater due to your avatar, but tell me if I'm wrong |

Cowboy Bebop
D.Gray-Man
Darker Than Black
El Cazador de la Bruja
Escaflowne
The Familiar of Zero

Gun Frontier
GunXSword
Kiddy Grade
Last Exile
Le Chevalier d'Eon
Lost Universe
Magic Knight Rayearth

I like the sound of it too! Most likely won't ever run it, but I'd love to play it! I've always thought of Steampunk as european (British) genre, but now that you think of it, Japan is quite interesting setting for it too! _________________

I'm mostly playing it my ear and making things up as I go along. But I think I have an idea:
The kitsune are a secret society: most people don't know of them. But they view other races, especial Humans, as below them (except the PC kitsune, she's the exception!) Thomas was working with a Kitsune name Yamajibo (first name that came to mind) and they plan on doing something....
Thomas had a necklace of a fox tail (a kitsune symbol) and that raises suspicion.
now the party is headed to the city of Eric to find spells Thomas hid. And I have a Colosseum tournament idea for that!

The Kitsune race has a d6 agility to start with, +2 notice while smelling, 5PP for the Disuse power, and I believe Outsider. |
