the funny thing is my local game store is called Emerald City Comics as every city that gets lots of rain is called Emerald City

I was in Seattle last year at the right time and my mom lived two blocks away from the hotel but she was to busy getting her stomach removed for me to see what was going on in Seattle. I would not have known but there were girls in steam punk outfits at the pancake house and i used my excuse of making leather work for costumes to chat them up and hand out my card.

Now every time my mom gets surgery i need to check the Seattle con schedule and pack accordingly

If it wasn't for the fact that I have a book due in the hands of the publisher on the 2nd of April, I would be all over Emerald City ComicCon... Dammit!
