If you have a magic sword that gives a +2 bonus to your Fighting skill rolls, does it raise your Parry by +1 also?

Nope. A bonus to rolls is not an actual increase in the Trait, which is what Parry is derived from.

So a magic sword that granted two die types in Fighting would increase Parry as well, but not one that grants a flat +2 to Fighting.
