[50F] do Kehana Charisma penalties stack?

Kehana have their eating habits which give them a -2 charisma with all other species. They have a -4 charisma penalty when dealing with Doreen.

Most other Charisma mods that are not from the same source appear to stack (i.e ugly and mean net -4, but attractive + very attractive don't get you to +6 because the edges are specifically worded).

Therefore, should a kehana have -6 dealing with a doreen? Or is the -4 racial enemy effect inclusive of that -2?
