I just ran a Necessary Evil One Shot with players taking the pregens from the book (The Scrapper, The Sorcerer, and The Speedster). As a setting rule I allowed the players to spend a Benny to gain up to a 5 Power Point power the character didn't have, but would be something the character might be able to try similar to how I remembered Marvel's Superhero game allowed stunts.
During the adventure, Midnight in the Garden of Dr. Devolution, Evil Streak (the Speedster) wanted to run by the giant mutant fire ants creating a sonic boom and having a chance to shake them. He spent his Benny and moved his character adjacent to all the ants (who were marching single file toward the villains). I felt that the Stunt was most close to the Stun power with an Agility rather than Vigor with an inline effect rather than burst.
The Evil Streak player was fine with this call even when it affected Black Mask the Sorcerer as Evil Streak ran by him as well. However, if I happen to run more of Necessary Evil, I think the Speedster player will probably re-make Evil Streak again, and I want to be prepared for this use of Sonic Speed plus ?Stun? Any thoughts on how to buy this power in the future? _________________ Playing: Deadlands Noir, Planescape via D&D 4th ed

Just put a condition on the Stun power that reflects the speed trapping. so say he has to be running at max to use the stun power and that the stun follows a straight line.
