I have quite a collection of Pulp HERO material that I'd like to convert to Savage Worlds. I have several of the Adamant Thrilling Tales adventures that were originally Pulp HERO adventures, and I can see that it wouldn't be terribly hard to convert. But if anyone has already developed some guidelines then why reinvent the wheel. Any suggestions?

Only suggestion I have is leave the flavor text intact and don't worry about converting all those HERO stats for the adventures. Just replace the people with appropriate mooks/extras.

I concur with Cryonic.

The flavor of it all is easy to capture with SW! I've ran some of the adventures in Hero Games' original Justice Inc.. The scarecrow adventure was a lot of fun.

I have the main Pulp Hero book and a few of the Hero Sys pulp adventures. I got to playtest Spears of the Tisangani with Steve Long at DieCon 2005. Anyway, Pulp Hero was an excellent resource for any system.
