Well it's that time of year again when we ask for volunteers to run games at Origins and GenCon! This year we have changed things ever so slightly so please jump over to the Savage Worlds Explorer's Society page to find out how to get registered to run games for SSN at Origins and GenCon!
Thank you so much to all the volunteers!!!

I am tempted to run a Savage Hommlet (convert the old Village of Hommlet adventure) for Origins SSN. _________________ I call Shinanigans! |

I've never been to Origins, but was thinking of attending on Saturday this year. Do I need tickets for Origins SSN like GenCon SSN? _________________

I do not remember Origins having too much of a problem. But then again, our group was busy trying to smash Norm's werewolf lord with a bus (ala Louisville Slugger) and may have missed any other issues going on around us. _________________ I call Shinanigans! |

It wasn't us so much as Origins, they were expecting tickets in return for the room. We understand their position so rather than have 2 different SSN formats, we're going to use the same for both Origins and GenCon so no confusion and keeps the con people happy. _________________ "Well, not a hard man to track. That was a very fun game thanks to having great players. And the bus as a baseball bat never gets old! _________________ Norm "No Relation" Hensley |

Looks highly likely that I will be at GenCon this year for the second time (was there in 2003). I will be happy to run some Darwin's World for SSN! _________________ Jon "Red-24" Woodland

One question though. If we're all running SSN games, when do the lot of us get together to play in each other's sessions? _________________ Jon "Red-24" Woodland

Good News/Bad News
Good News = I will be at Origins this year, as will Carinn.
Bad News = We won't be making it to Gen Con.
However, I have a plan in the works to ensure that Shaintar will be run there, and run by someone I trust to give you a fantastic game. _________________ Sean Patrick Fannon

Looks like my schedule will work for Origins this year. So I'll plan to run a pulp game again for SSN - lots of ammocounters.
As I'm finishing the adventure outline and filling out the event registration how many hours should I plan for the adventure to run and what will be the starting time for the slot? |
