I found a new game, "Uncharted Seas". While they are technically "High Fantasy", many of the designs left me thinking pulp for some reason.

Here's what I'm seeing for what I like (not all are actual mini pics yet, some are still concept pics). There's more there, but they don't fit a "30's pulp" look for me, though I guess some might pass for Chinese Junks.
