I don`t think that is necessary to creat new version of Super Power Companion but maybe someone could creat little addition. I think the SPC is really great book, but will be better if can give players more flexibility. What i mean is to add option when we have powers with more options like now, but give some section with universal additionals. Like now is Teleportation wher we can buy to teleport on farther distance, but in Attack Ranget where is logic to can rise distance of shot we can`t buy it. In that special section can be list of addiotionals to powers, which can be addet to any powers, like distance rise or anoter universal ellements. This in only one think what is in my opinion better do in mutant & mastermind. IS there any chance to someone creat the list?  |

Personally, I prefer to see that kind of flexibility from the use of trappings first and foremost. It's certainly possible to use modifiers, but it can get trickier, and none moreso that theoretical "universal" modifiers.
For instance, I can't think of any blanket modifier that would work to increase Range on every power in the book. I certainly would never use the +2/+12" Modifier for Teleport for powers like Decay or Infection. I wouldn't even say there is such a modifier for every "attack" power, since they work differently.
Anyway, just saying the goal was not to provide flexibility by adding more rules, but by letting the players and GM use their own existing creativity. Nothing can be more "flexible" than that as its only limits are imagination. _________________ Clint Black

If you want more flexibility over at the Savage Armoury, a place where you can make balanced custom weapons(and maybe armor soon), there is an option to use it to combine Attack Melee and Attack Ranged. You may want to have a look at that. There are also some nice modifiers in Shark Bytes, which can be found in the Savagepedia.
You could also do the incredibly daring thing and create your own little list of modifiers for powers that works for your group. You could even post it on the forums and have us check it out for you. However, you may want to look very carefully at balance. As Clint says, certain powers are more powerful than others when given the same modifiers. A ranged Corrosion is terrifying on the battlefield.
