My friends are wanting to do a Resident Evil RPG & I'm trying to keep to the SW System here. Does anyone know of any stats for the various monsters & the like from RE done in Savage Worlds style? Any help would be great.

Necropolis has plenty of undead goodness. You may need to modify the fluff, but the game stats can stay the same.

Zombacalypse is a complete toolkit for you if Necropolis doesn't suit your needs.

Also, Daring Entertainment's War of the Dead is a great resource, though I think it's more Dawn of the Dead than Resident Evil...

Not explicitly.
However, there are zombies in the core rules. And a half-dozen variant stats in other books.
Lickers are fast-moving zombies with wall crawling and a deadly, piercing tongue attack. Which is mostly flavor text.
Zombie dogs are just dogs with the Undead trait.
The only things you'll actually need to stat up are the big, unique monsters. My advice is to start with the Bear in the core rules, make it a wild card, undead, and possibly add a couple of other specials (hardy, armor, etc). Just don't ever describe it as a bear.
Alternately, you can take a look at Necropolis, War of the Dead, Zombpocalypse, Zombie Run, and others, to create your own unique variants.

Thanks everyone. Gonna pop down to my shop & see if they have some/all of these books you've mentioned. Thanks for the idea ValhallaGH that should help with getting the big monsters up & running. Might even see what I can do for putting together a pdf of this stuff after I get it all figured out.
