Space 1889 Winchester ROF Question

There is a player in our Space 1889 game that is using the Winchester rifle. On page 18 the stat line entry shows a rate of fire of 1-2. This is accredited to the lever action function of the weapon, but that leaves us wondering how exactly to handle firing more than one shot in a round. Can anyone help?

Sorry, it's a mistake. The 1-2 ROF should be listed under the Double Barrel Shotgun, and the Winchester should have a 1.
