I'm finding serveral repeated posts that almost exactly reiterate an old post for AvP figs.

Thanks for the heads-up, Steve.

From now on, let's use this as the official "report a spammer" thread, rather than starting a new one every time we get a spammer. There are a lot of spammers out there, after all. Smile

You could even edit your thread title to reflect its new, official spammer reporting function, if you like. Wink

Hey gang, every time someone posts in this thread I think I'm going to find a report of a spammer, and it derails whatever else I was doing.

So please don't post in this thread unless reporting a spammer.

One other thing to remember, please don't reply to a spam post. A lot of these bots are set up to follow threads they post in, and if even one person replies, they put that site on their list to go back to since they "got a hit" there. And many times, they sell those "hit lists" to other spammers. So just one reply to a spammer can lead to multiple more spammers to deal with, and that just makes it all the harder.

It would help both the site Admin to find the accounts and post so they can remove them quickly and it would help forum members who want to look at the spams and LOL and copy the info else ware for NPC villain ideas if you added a link to the offenders account in your message
