OK, vehicles move on the driver/pilot's action card, passengers/crew take their actions on their own cards as normal.

So far, so good and no problem for the PCs

What about the NPCs though, do you draw a single card for their vehicle (no problem with single seat fighters or something similar) or one for pilot one for each other function (gunners being the most obvious)?

For reference I am looking at this from the point of view of space combat for the traveller conversiion some of us are working on at the moment.

For my Slipstream game, I deal cards for each character and group of bad guys, even when they are on a rocketship. Others may do it differently.

To keep it simple, I'd have all the bad guys act together on the same card.

The only exception would be Wild Card npcs who have an Edge that affects or is affected by their intiiative card.
