Not sure what your asking. A Coup is the power someone gets from Counting Coup on a particularly nasty bad guy. There is only one (that I can remember) (Anti-)Templar that the posse can Count Coup on and that's Bran Modeen from the adventure in the Last Crusaders book.

If your asking what Coup powers would be cool for a bad guy that is/was a Templar, maybe something like access to a first level Templar power or the Companion Edge.

This is a reward that Anti-Templers gain when they participate in the killing of a Templer or Companian. As long as they're within a few feet of the "tyrant" when he dies, the Anti-Templer can gain a Greater Reward of any one Blessing he has. This is true even if the Blessing in question is not at Level 5. So, if an AT had Armor of the Saints at Level through (which reduces damage by 3 points as per Light Armor) and slew (or helped slay) a Templer, he'd gain the 1 point of full Armor that is the greater reward for Armor of the Saints.

It's essentially a reward from the power than grant the ATs their abilities that's suppose to encourage them to hunt down and kill the Templers.

Actually AT doesn't need to slay or help slay Templar just need hang around near scene of death..
