I use these cards for Slipstream

They have a sort of "spacey" feel to them. They're clear, they're plastic, and the images are very stylized, and sort of art deco.

But for bennies I just use some pale blue glass stones.

Any ideas for something more sci-fi than gaming stones? I would prefer something with an art deco style to it, but it's not required.

I have that exact same set of cards for my XXVc game (mostly Slipstream, in the XXVc setting)!

Nice Cards. I've been looking for Unique Bennies for Slipstream as well. I've looked for small rocketships or Tiny Raygun trinkets. No luck so far. I'd love to find something fairly unique to use as bennies.

How about these? Maybe painted a nice metallic color.

Hey, great idea with the plastic cards! I actually have a deck of those. (Or, technically, they belong to one of my players, who has left the deck long-term over at my place since I typically host.)

Hmm. Maybe if there was a good source of some sort of space-themed STICKER, then I could apply them to ordinary poker chips (or, at least, the ones with flat, smooth surfaces in the center) that are spraypainted silver.

Nice cards: do you know where they're available for purchase, or ones like them?

Laz - always on the lookout for more cards :p

These might get a bit expensive. Shop around, you can probably get them for less. And they would be spot on perfect.

EDIT: These don't look nearly as nice, but they are a lot easier on the wallet – and they come in different colors, too!

Yep, those sold out. Like some of our other custom bennies, they are currently out of print but will be returning as soon as we can get more in stock.

And I really like the Slipstream bennies. They're some of my favorites.

The little spaceships I just bought cost me $8.95 for 74 ships (and free shipping).

Y'know, that is my one complaint about the Studio 2 Store: when an item is out of stock, it disappears from the catalog. As a consumer, I have no way of knowing if that product is out of print, out of stock, or just plain spelled wrong in my search. If we could at least see an "Out of Stock" indicator, it might reduce the number of times we see this question.

And the straight up normal bennies! Please get those in stock...I have been wanting some for a long time. What is the hold up?

It's an issue with the supplier. Honestly, that's more talking about someone else than we're usually comfortable with, but I suspect you could guess that much since they're reprints (that have no updating possibilities, really).

That sucks because I bought the Slipstream ones and I love them, but they don't work for every game. I'd much rather have the set of universal ones.
A lot of times I make custom ones anyway (art degree +1" punch +1" washers +glue stick can make loads of them) but for pick up games, or where I don't have the time or inclination fire up Photoshop I'd like to have a good basic set.
