I was digging through some of my old RPG stuff and dug up the mid-80s Living Steel Game, which was quite similar to the Operation Damocles plotlines. If you can get ahold of it Vissirs (victims of Virally Induced Socipathic Response) the Visser crew at KViSR radio, Vissertown, the spectrals and El Puerco fit in well to a HoE Campaign. It helps explain why there are so many bike-riding psycos in the wildreness and why they aren't doing something useful, like rebuilding civilization.
