Most of my outgoing text messages last year were "where you at?" _________________ I'm not an adversarial GM. I am a facilitator of awesomeness. - Dr Rotwang |

I mostly lurk around here but I am interested in attending Savage Saturday Night. What would I need to do and are strangers welcome?

Well we let the guy who posted just before me in, so I think that covers just about everyone. (That probably insures that if I'm playing in one of Mark's games, my character will have an unfortunate accident.)
Seriously, all you need to do is come and enjoy. Once we have a definite time and place, it'll be posted on the forum and probably on the PEG web site as well. _________________

Well I will be there then, maybe bringing a friend, I am not that strange, I can handle the beer, I will not bring BBQ as it is simply too messy.

Come on Steve... does it really matter who's game you are playing in? I mean, we all die pretty much the same way no matter who's running it! Shane loves the TPK!!

And if you're playing in any game involving Clint, you'll get picked on, too. Not looking good for Steve these days... _________________ Ron Blessing

All because he thought I took his rock. (Which I didn't do. I got to it first. It was my rock.) And believe me, you don't want a character Clint is playing coming after you! _________________

Well I wasn't planning on running anything Saturday night, but now...I'm thinking differently.

A character I'm playing? Um, yeah, that's right; I was just playing my character.

It was so much fun to set that up, and then just sit behind the screen laughing as Clint made plans to assassinate Steve's character in the control room of a steam-powered sea gate. I remember bolts being thrown as someone was plunging 200 feet into a Great Maze channel.
And then there was the time I showed up late to Clint's game, apologizing because I was laying down to get rid of an upset stomach. Clint looks over, smiles, and takes me aside to say, "I'm sorry to hear that...because you're leading this group." I'm not sure I did FEMA proud that night. _________________ Matthew Cutter

And some of us just keep getting stranger and stranger...
Besides, there's no such thing as strangers; just friends you haven't met yet. _________________ "Your GM is metagaming ... and wrong!" |

I Googled it. They're flip flops designed for heavy walking. And now you know. _________________ I'm not an adversarial GM. I am a facilitator of awesomeness. - Dr Rotwang |
