It looks like one of my players is wanting to play a psiclops. I've had issues with overdoing Hindrances like Enemy before and I'd like some guidance on how to handle this.
Should the psyclops expect to be just one step ahead of Anathraxa's hunters, never able to stay in one place, but safe as long as he keeps moving? Or would any citizen on any of the high tech fragments be likely to turn him in? How often should the bounty hunters show up on his trail?
Should a psiclops have to travel in disguise most of the time?
I'm planning on an encounter along these lines once per rank, as a rule of thumb, but would like to benefit from other's experience if possible. _________________ Have a Happy,

I would use your plan of making it an element of an adventure once per rank. I'd also throw in that if the character takes actions that put them in danger, then that frequency becomes higher, simply as a result of the character's choices.
