Obviously the Companions and the re-releases of Evernight and Necessary Evil are coming up (and hopefully a This Time For Sure concerning Weird War Two). But are there any other hard copy releases which should come out in 2009? And will they be coming out in any particular order? In regards to Evernight and Necessary Evil, is there going to be any additional material to entice those of us who already have an original copy to buy it, or is it just the same material converted to Explorer's Edition? _________________ The rabbit is cuddly. I believe there's something Deadlands-related in the near future, but for details you have to get the 4-1-1 from Shane. _________________ Matthew Cutter

Huzzah! Steamboats! It'll be great to finally have some official rules for those. (Somehow, just tacking a home-brewed "Turbine" Edge onto a PotSM RPG frigate just doesn't quite cut it.) _________________

As an Angelino, The Flood would be a perfect intro for my gaming group into the Deadlands setting.

Cutter, you magnificent bastard! I'm going to buy your book!
Is this the one that has been burning on low for so long it qualifies as "pease porridge in the pot nine days old?" Are there lots of guardian angles in it? Because I bought a bunch of red-robed cultists TWO YEARS AGO to play the silly thing and some mug named Solomon Kane swept in and ruined the whole schedule!
Crud. Now I have to start collecting tong gangers... _________________ My online portfolio:

I never realized it, but it turns out I was waiting my whole life for someone to say that to me.

Hmm, you're replying to a post I was sure I had made in a more relevant thread elsewhere...

If you check out Cutter's recent post in Great Rail Wars, it'll direct you to Jeff Valent Studios, where they're having a sale with 10% off most things and free shipping.

Since this thread is about all sorts of things coming in 2009, here's a pre-order for the Necessary Evil: Explorer's Edition at Paizo.
As you can see, it answers the question about new material. Additionally, Clint talks about this book in a recent edition of The Game's the Thing podcast. _________________ Matthew Cutter

I need to know when I can start bugging my FLGS. |

I was wondering! My first thought was, "Hey, was this the 'I hate anime' thread?" And then, "Wha - am I missing an announcement for a Star Blazers RPG somewhere? Please tell me it ain't so!"
So it makes a lot more sense now. _________________

As in Star Blazers/Battleship Yamato, it concerns giving a big technological upgrade to an old ship. _________________ The rabbit is cuddly. Kids like little cuddly sidekicks. I mean-- The rabbit-- It's a time-tested-- Okay, the rabbit bites.
