So many books. It's a good thing, but...

Where were the rules for entering a ghost rock bombed city? I know there was something about entering the maelstrom/storm around ground zero.

Which book has the rules?

Ghost Storms and Radiation is all on page 105 of the core rules in chapter 5 under "More Pain & Sufferin’".
