Can you activate multiple Speed: 0 powers on the same attack as long as you have the Strain to do so? For example Devastating Ape Strike and Fury Fans the Flame?

i would say yes but u have pay strain for every Devastating Ape Strike

Just for the record I'm talking about activating different powers not stacking the same one mulitiple times.

Yes i know what u ment and i would say yes u can activate multiple povers as long as you can pay strain for those.
And yes u can stack some povers with others.
