Hey all, I was just wondering if there was any conversion so that the weapons of HOE be compatible with the weapons of Weird West 2nd edition. (aka no more speed).
Thanks

It was errataed that both game would do away with Speed when dealing with small arms.
So I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Are there other factors that differ between the two era's weapons? |

well just want know how for example you take a lever rifle from HOE and take the speed while representing that its slower because it has a lever.
Basically, do you just remove the speed from HOE or is there something else that needs to be done?

| Is there a particular reason it should be different from a bolt-action rifle? |

But there must be because the speed is different. Anyhow my example my have been bad but basicaly, do you just take the speed off or is there any other conversion to do?

All the conversion information for synching up HOE to 2nd edition Deadlands is in Waste Warriors if you have it. _________________ Clint Black

Forget "is" and "is not". Consider "should".
(To me: Lever action and bolt action take roughly the same amount of time. So why make there be a difference?) |

As memory serves, lever-action rifles can be "fanned". That would be, I think, the only difference in game mechanics. _________________ Epitaph: Player Threatened by Pinnacle!
