I was thinking about these as a fun promo item. Just checking the temperature. _________________ Ron Blessing

Only if you do indeed put "What a Loser!" on it!

Actually, we've modified the logo for the die to have Shakespeare showing six. Also, I think seeing our logo should be a cause for celebration. We're therefore having the logo replace the six. _________________ Ron Blessing

Fine! But put "What a loser" on the other side, in a circle around the one.

That settles it. I'm in for a dozen easy...depending on the price. (It'll make for a nice visual cue in my library game!)

OR... once the logo die takes off, then put out the loser die!

OK. I will be putting the order in for these dice very soon. I am currently working out how and to whom they will be distributed. I know this first round of dice will be used as some sort of giveaway through the show.
It's not likely any one person will be given more than one of these, though (sorry, Tom). I'm only having 100 of these made, and though I'll likely make more, I'm not planning to do this particular style ever again. The next die we do will be a different color and/or style, for sure. Also, this die will have no wording on it. Just the straight-up, modified Shakespeare logo will be in the "six" place: no show name, no website.
Regarding how to give these away through the show, I'm always up for suggestions! _________________ Ron Blessing

So did I.
Seriously: We would PAY for those dice, Ron. _________________ "If you think I'm crazy, you should see the people I'm locked up with." - Steamdriven

Seriously? OK. Assuming this isn't some "group think" mess with Ron thing ( ), I will come up with a fair price and look into shipping costs. I will still use them for show giveaways, but they'll also be available for sale. That said, this first round will likely go fast! _________________ Ron Blessing

Here's the plan: first, give one to me at Gen Con.
After that, we'll just improvise. Sound good?

Heck - I'm a dice junkie as well, although I'm trying to ween myself off. That said I'd be happy to buy one of these - but I'd prefer getting one for free at GenCon _________________ Ejector seat? You're joking!

Well, I won't be at GenCon, so already I see a problem with this plan... _________________ Ron Blessing

You might go ahead with an 'exclusive' only available through the show, but if you want to make a line for sale, we'll be there!
(and I still want a "What a Loser!" die!)
OH! And anybody else out there; PEG, 12toMidnight, TAG, et al; are you hearing this?

Sure am I was helping Ron pick the color scheme a few nights back and began thinking about this for TAG.
And new vocabulary has already been invented. Aces are gone. Now we can "Ron." _________________ Wiggy
