Are there any plans to do a print or POD version of the Blood Drive trilogy?

No "plans" as of yet, but it is a possibility.

The issues are that it's not long enough to be a book as-is (~100 pp.), so it would need an all-new Epitaph section written. The layout would also have to be redone.

I'd buy it if it were book form. I find it difficult to work off of PDFs for some reason.
