So that game looks new. What's that about? _________________ "I had a whole bunch of advice for you but got ninja'd by newForumNewName. I'd just do what he says." -- 77IM

If you look for GRAmel and "red armors" you should find it.
It's the setting the red-armoured jungle marines in SWD come from; imagine Aliens, The Day After Tomorrow, and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex thrown into a blender, seasoned with Cthulhu, and served on a bed of Savage Worlds.
Serves 4-6. May contain traces of tentacles. _________________ Andy

Is this a Pinnacle product or a GRAmel product? The announcement didn't say. I'm guessing Pinnacle since images from this grace the pages of Savage Worlds Deluxe? Or does it have a special partnership with Pinnacle, like Sundered Skies and Low Life, which both appear on Pinnacle's game pages despite being for another company? _________________ Wild Card Creator: Any PDF. It's a Gramel product. A pretty good one, too.
No idea how the licensing for the art works, but that's not really important. _________________ "Got a problem? I've got the solution: Rocket Launcher."

That is a good question. The only reference that I saw was mention of Gramel on the title page, but otherwise the pdf doesn't have any logos that I saw. It does mention Studio 2, as well. But I recall reading their mentioning getting printed versions through Studio 2
If I recall correctly in the case of Sundered Skies, the main book was Pinnacle and then Triple Ace Games picked up from there. But that might just be my misunderstanding. _________________ Sorry for type-os. I am freaking blind in one eye and completely blind in the other.

Um, guys, just click on the link in the post above. GRAmel has a thread already discussing it. _________________ Clint Black

But Piotr also works as the Editor for Pinnacle (see Pinnacle's About page), hence my confusion about which company it was announced for. _________________ Wild Card Creator: Any PDF. Any Setting. No Extra Cost.

Just picked up my pdf of it. It looks great!
So quick question: on page 41 there is a picture of a woman in a mech of some kind. It's obviously too big to be power armor and I didn't see a description of a similar vehicle in the vehicles section? Did I miss something? Mechs are one of the things I'd love to do in a sci-fi setting, and I've seen a number of ways to do them, but not one that's super exciting. _________________ TIGER, tiger, burning bright

How extensive are the rules for the power armor are they more than the new one paragraph of power armor rules in SWDX _________________ http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h51/Vondan/ |

I`m sorry, that chick is in power armor. And new PA will be in future expansions.
SWD uses pictures from Nemezis, because we (GRAmel and PEG) like each other _________________ Piotr "Ramel" Korys

All righty. It just looked big for what I would think of as Power Armor. I shall anxiously await the expansions then. _________________ TIGER, tiger, burning bright

Not that much, I'm afraid. The basic book shows only two powered armor suits, and the cybernetic bodies have been cut to save space. Some new armor will be described in the upcoming expansions. |
