Thought I'd post this to see if it's up to snuff.

Inconspicuous (+2): The character is able to suppress their off-putting aspects and does not suffer the Charisma penalty.

Personally I'd probably make it a +1 modifier, as it's removing a (Minor Hindrance level) penalty rather than giving an actual bonus.

Sounds like it would work. Removing a Minor Hindrance typically costs an Edge equivalent anyway.
