| And I already have a question. Humans get an extra 5 power points as a racial edge. Does this stack with power points edge and super karma? Can a human hero start with 25pp? |

Not through Daring specifically.
We are part of the program through Chronicle City where if you buy the print book from an approved retailer, you get the PDF free. I'm not sure how that works, though. I think the retailer has codes he gives the customer to download it from Chronicle City or something.
Chronicle City will probably offer the Print + PDF combo through their webstore once the print book is ready (they got the print files last night).

Just got an email from Chronicle City. We are going to be altering the title of Hellspawn: Countdown to Invasion and the general setting name to remove the Hellspawn name from the title.
I don't follow McFarlane in the slightest, but I've been informed he had a Hellspawn comic series from 2000-2003, and is known to file litigation (see: Palladium Books and McFarlane). Chronicle City would prefer we change the title, and honestly I don't blame them.
This won't effect PDF sales, as all purchasers will still be able to get any Updates to the PDF, should they otherwise be made in the future.

I did too. Well, it doesn't change anything in the setting, just what goes into the title (McFarlane didn't invent the word Hellspawn, but can claim a copyright on using it in a title).
I'm thinking, maybe, Hellwar. I dunno.

Okay folks . . .
Due to legal reason involving the comics industry, the previous title (Hellspawn) could no longer be used. All files have been updated throughout. Additionally, the purchase now includes the full graphic PDF, a print-friendly version, and a basic iPad version with all background elements removed.
We are finally good to go!

Marvel Zombies sounded like a cute idea, but none of the comics I picked up (not even the Ash / Deadite cameo one) really seemed to work for me. Too ... silly/weird. (And, hey, it brought back Howard the Duck. I'd rather pretend Howard the Duck never existed.  )
Er ... sorry for the tangent! Back on topic: Interesting new title! Hellbrood ... hmm. The first mental image that springs to mind is Rodin's sculpture from the Gates of Hell -- the "Thinker."
Or perhaps he's brooding. Tada!
