Here is my question.
My Birdman has a flying pace of 10. If he is flying past a castle for example and an enemy wants to shoot him with his crossbow what would be the to hit value.
Would I be using the fast target modifier for the to hit value or calculate it some other way.

Unless the GM decides to apply the Fast Targets modifier for vehicles to character movement in the game overall, there is no official inherent attack modifier for character moving at a Pace of 10 or more.
So barring the GM's decision, it's a ranged attack so the base TN is 4. If the character wants to be harder to hit, then he should likely use range to his advantage (since cover in the air is typically hard to come by). _________________ Clint Black
