I saw Studio 2 Publishing has Low Life: The Rise of the Lowly Bennies on their website and I was wondering if these will be available at GenCon?

They will be, but I won't guarantee that they'll be there in huge quantities. I'd swing by the booth earlier rather than later if you're interested in those.
