I'm wondering how much Deadlands RPG material is included in the preorder for the Deadlands Volume 1: Dead Man’s Hand comic.

The use of "one shots" makes it seem like they can be RPG adventures a la Saddle Sore.
Through research the only thing I could find in a review they said they include RPG stats for an item in the comic.
How extensive is the RPG incorporated in this product?

It's the comics. Each had a short entry detailing an item or character, which will be included, but that's very few things that can be directly used in your game.
The stories, however, can inspire dozens of adventures.  |

The description made it sound like it might have some game stuff beyond what was in the comics, but didn't indicate how much.
I've already got all the one shots, and I don't really want to pay twice for the same thing. I'll wait until I see some reviews, but I doubt there's $15 worth of new stuff in there. If you don't already have the comics though, it's definitely worth getting. |

The adventures here on our site are "one-sheets." 
ValhallaGH has got it right about the RPG content. But don't forget the new short stories by Shane Hensley and Yours Truly!

I've had a look at the RPG supplement for Dead Man's Hand, and Chuck Sellner of Visionary Comics told me I should spill the beans.
It's a two-page spread that includes: the Devil's Six-Gun write-up, mechanics for Black Water, and stats for Clementime, Hoyt Cooper, Lyle Crumbfine, and Billy the Kid.

The stats for the Devil's Six Gun were in the original comics as were Lyle's stats, but the rest is new. Cool!
